I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  • You can reset your password by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab. Enter your email in the RETURNING CUSTOMER area and then click on RESET MY PASSWORD. You will be sent a link with instructions to reset your password. The link will expire 10 minutes after being sent.

How can I make a change to an existing order?
  • Click on the CONTACT US tab and submit your request. We will respond back promptly with what we can do for you.

How can I check the status of an order I placed?
  • All orders must go thru an approval process before we can process them. If your order has been approved, the normal delivery time is approximately 3 weeks after the approval date. Peak seasonal demands or manufacturers out of stock inventory may increase delivery times. If your order has been approved use the CONTACT US tab on this website to request an order status.

I forgot my uniform voucher number. What do I do?

  • You will need to contact your Quartermaster to retrieve your voucher number. We do not give that information to anyone except the Quartermaster.

I enter my uniform voucher and a message says it is "not valid" What's up?
  • This will happen for 2 reasons. You may have entered an incorrect voucher number. Please double check your information and try again. This message will also appear when you have a $0.00 balance on your voucher. Check your balance on the MY ACCOUNT page. If you are still having issues please use the CONTACT US tab and we will be happy to assist you.

I am trying to place an order but I can't add any products to the shopping cart.
  • This is a members only website and you must be logged into your account before you can place products in the cart and checkout.
